UKL offers three levels of catering service to fit your individual needs.

Full Service Catering (Buffet)

The per person price includes colorful plates, cloth napkins, stainless flatware and serving utensils, as well as tablecloths and decorations for buffets. Fees for servers are based on one server for every 35 guests. Charge time is based on party time.

Set Up Service (Open Meal)

The per person price includes colorful plates, cloth napkins, stainless flatware and serving utensils, as well as tablecloths and decorations for buffets. Staff will arrive 1 hour prior to party time, set up, and return after the party to pick everything up. There is a one-time charge for lunch and for dinner. Full Service Catering is recommended for parties larger than 50 people. There is a 15 person minimum required for set up service.
